Another outstanding UCHS Blue Devil
baseball player has signed to receive a scholarship to play at the
college ranks. Ben Powers, shown above with family and coaches made it
public in ceremonies at UCHS Friday. Powers says the Milligan College
Buffaloes are "the right fit", and hopes to contribute early on with

Nearly 250 volunteer medical
professionals served several hundred patients Saturday and Sunday at
Unicoi County High School. They received medical and dental
services at no cost during the Remote Area Medical clinic.

personnel assisted and helped maintain order in the high school area.
